Living where we live is like a constant journey of exploration. For example, last evening we drove to check out the location of a local school that had a job opening (which is now filled, but not with me :o( ) Anyway, we drove around the area for a bit and came upon a carpark by the ocean and a pathway through the bush, so we had to stop and check it out! We came upon a lovely little pond full of ducks, including a black one. There was also a boardwalk over the marshly grasslands that took us out to the corner of the beach that is directly across the bay from the area where we live.... There are just so many places to discover around here! I don't think we could ever see them all no matter how long we live here..... I like that!
