The Bible has such good, down to earth advice! It doesn't get much easier to understand than that. Be kind and compassionate to one another. Forgive each other. Live a life of love. I think we can all do that. I understand that some relationships make those tasks a bit more difficult than others, but I believe that through Christ's help, as we ask Him for help, and make choices to live that way, it can be done.
Go take on the day and live a life of love. Heavens knows, we all need to be shown a little love every now and then in this world that beats us down and leaves us longing for someone to love us and show us a little kindness. Be that person to someone today. The person who offers a kind word, holds open a door, pays for the person behind us at the toll bridge or coffee shop, gives a kind smile, or a gentle touch on the shoulder. You never know how the words you say or the actions you take may impact the lives of those around you. Make it a positive impact. Live a life of love.
