Monday: Bruce and Niki went for a long walk along the water with Kevin. Then over to my school for a long visit....teachers visiting teachers.....good thing! They got to meet the staff and tour the school and see how it's done in NZ. Then they went up Mount Wellington for a walk around a volcano and an amazing view of the area. As they were up there, they could see the storm a-coming and headed for the car. As soon as they got into the car, the heavens opened and dumped a ton of rain! So what better to do, than all head home for a nap!
In the evening, we hung out, Bruce made his famous spaghetti sauce,,,yummy..... and the girls taught Bruce how to master Lord of the Rings on PS2.
We were all pretty tired. I think it was from the middle of the night airport run two nights previous. It was finally catching up!
Tuesday (today) is ferry into the city...and so far the weather is beautiful this morning!
