Yesterday was Waitangi Day (New Zealand Day). It is fraught with political strife between the Maoris and the Europeans....from what I understand.....so some people embrace the day and others ignore it.... We decided to head into the city to watch buskers along the harbour. These two guys were amazing. They went from laying flat on the ground, holding the one guy up with his arm to a complete standing position!
