Seems like the majority of people in my blogging community are falling into the latter category lately! I guess blogging is like most things in life....it's a novelty for a while and then the other things of life edge their way in and something has to take a back seat....blogging seems like one of those things that can go by the wayside.... oh well.... that's life....
a few updates from our clan:
two weeks of spring break....
Kevin, Paige, Danae, Janelle, Felicia & Teala spent 5 days away, in Calgary, at the Alliance University youth conference and had a wonderful time! They all camped out at the 'Foster Inn' and sounds like they had a blast... hopefully Tim and Kelly et al have recovered from the onslaught of estrogen. Tim regaled them with stories of various cases he's been involved with, which they all loved. Their very own scary bedtime stories! haha
Paige made a detour to Invermere to visit a friend from camp. She's still there, having a blast!
Kevin and Kyle headed back to Banff the morning after Kevin returned home from Calgary, to spend 3 days with Quentin, who is in Banff with some of his church leadership. Thursday, they'll detour through Invermere and pick up Paige and come home.
Danae's been working since she came home. ... and sleeping to recover from her weekend sleep deprivation!
Kenz spent a couple of days riding Jessie the mule and thoroughly enjoyed herself! She is also spending a couple of days working with Bruce and Niki. She's eager to earn money to buy a digital camera before our trip this summer.
Speaking of which! We are ready and raring to go! We've got a few things pre-booked....like tickets to see Riverdance in Dublin in this theatre! (too cool, eh?!?!) Only 3.5 months till we leave. exciting..... :-)
Well, that's our update.... we're looking forward to spring and seeing what exciting things God has in store for us!
