Haha, got to tell you a really dumb blonde thing that happened to me last night. Kevin and I were driving back from camp. Dusk was turning into night. It was about 8:30pm. I even commented to Kevin how early it was getting dark. He agreed because there was some cloud coverage so it was getting darker. We stopped at a local garage where Kevin's truck had been parked by his friend who was borrowing it while he got his truck repaired. Kevin drove his truck home and I got into the driver's seat and drove home in the van. (about a 20 minute drive) I am driving along getting more and more tired thinking how really dark it was outside. So I get home, walk in the house and take off my sunglasses thus realizing why exactly it was so dark out! I'd had my prescription sunglasses on for the journey home from camp and was so accustomed to having them on, I forgot I was wearing them and drove home at night with sunglasses on...sigh...my poor blonde daughters don't stand a chance!
Speaking of which, we had a great visit with Danae on the way back to camp and then hung out at the camp with Paige for awhile. They continue to have a wonderful time and, PTL, are staying healthy! I was concerned about Paige's allergies but she is doing fine...she just still has a very hoarse voice. Someone said it may actually be changing. Here are the photos of their cabins from last week.
