Here's our exciting day!
We got up about 7:30 (sleeping in for me....:-)
I visited with Kevin over coffee until he had to leave for an elder's meeting at 8:30.
The kids gradually woke up and then we all did our Saturday jobs.
I prepped oranges for Paige's game as today was my day to bring oranges. We also brought everyone those candy rings for after the game. "The Championship Rings"!! ha ha
11 am took Kenz to her friend's for a birthday party and sleepover.
We met Kevin in Peachland to come with us to Paige's soccer game.
Headed into Westbank for 11:30 soccer warm up and then a game from 12-2. They won 3-1.
Kevin and I, Paige and Danae went to Wendy's for lunch.
Dropped Kevin back at his truck so he could head back to his office for a couple of hours and then I stopped to pick up some groceries for life group tonight and Paige's all day soccer tournament tomorrow.
We came home and baked cookies and I read my latest novel in between batches.
Then I read everyone's blogs including Janelle's new one! yay Janelle!
Now I am writing my blog and in 1/2 hour we will head off to our life group year end potluck.
Then we will come home and get ready for Paige's tournament tomorrow which is out in Winfield. Her games are at 8:30, 1:15 and 5:30. It will be a long day. We will have to leave home by 7am and probably won't be home until about 8:30pm. Kevin will come out after the morning service and after he has let Sunny out for a break!
